  2. How much is my delivery for my handset?
    3G Mobile charges a flat rate of R90.00 for the delivery of your handset across any region of South Africa
        
  3. Either by credit card payment online or via an EFT.
        
  4. Who holds the warranty of my handset?
    • All handsets purchased online has a 12 month manufacturers guarantee. For a list of repair centres in your area click here (Repair agents list 12KB ) . Here is the Repair Manual (PDF 99KB )
    • In the event of an OBF (Out of box failure), the handset together with its packaging and accessories needs to be returned to 3G Mobile within 14 days from date of purchase.3G Mobile will arrange for a swap out within 72 hours from receiving the faulty device. Kindly also complete the OBF document and return it wil the contents of your OBF handset.(OBF form 32KB ) 
          
  5. How long after I place my order can I expect delivery of my handset?
    Delivery will take place within 48 hours within receipt of payment
